Muslim-Friendly Services

We use Halal-certified ingredients, including Halal-certified meat, for our Muslim-friendly meals.
Muslim-friendly meals are prepared, cooked, and stored in a dedicated kitchen area using separate cookware and tableware. Alcohol is not used in the preparation process, including for disinfection.
Dinner is served either in your guest room or in a private dining room. Muslim-friendly breakfast is also available.
Whenever possible, we give priority to providing a private dining room so that you can enjoy your meal in comfort and privacy.

Reservations for our Muslim-Friendly Service are required at least three days in advance for both overnight stays and dining.
Otaru Kourakuen offers Muslim-friendly services for Muslim guests. However, please note that our inn is not exclusively for Muslim guests and also provides regular services to other guests.
When making your reservation, please indicate that you would like to request our Muslim-Friendly Service.
