We are afraid we do not have shuttle bus.Please use public transport.
About the way to our hotel, we show below url.

But next day, we prepare a shuttle bus bound for Otaru station and Kitaichi glass Otaru via Otaru Chikko station.
If you want to use it, please tell us when you check in.

Also we have free parking area do not need to reserve.

How to Reserve

We accept reservation until September on our official reservation form.
Also you can check the price and availability on it.
And the price on the booking form have already shown 3% discounted price.


Can I specify room name?

No, we are afraid you can not specify room name, but if available, we will arrange the room.

I have not received reservation confirmation email?

Our English booking form send confirmation email immediately to your email address.
So if you have not received, it is in SPAM email box especially free email service account like Yahoo!, Gmail and so on.
So when you made reservation and can not find our email, please check SPAM email box.

Can I use credit card?

Our English booking form will charge the price immediately except spa tax.
About other charge(ex.drink, extra food menu), you can pay by cash or credit card.
But about the spa tax, please pay by cash.

If cancel the hotel reservation, how about credit card refund?

When you cancel your reservation, credit card payment will refund automatically according to credit card companys' contract.

How about the price for children?

If your child is less than 3 years old, we do not charge(no bed, no meals), 4-6 years old is 6,480 Yen(kids menu dinner, breakfast and japanese bed)
7-9 years old child is 10,800 Yen (kids menu dinner, breakfast and japanese bed) and 10-12 years old child is 12,960 Yen
(nearly adults menu dinner, breakfast and japanese bed).
If 3 years old child need dinner, we prepare it by 3,240 Yen.Please choose the option on the booking form.

When the public spa is available?

Every public spa(indoor and outdoor) is available 15:00-24:00, and next morning 6:00-10:30 is opened again.

What time check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 15:00pm, check-out time is 11:00am.

Where the dinner and breakfast place and what time we can have?

If you stay 2 or 3 adults, we prepare your dinner(Kaiseki) in the guest room at 18:00-19:30(last order).
And if you stay in western style room without bath or stay 4 guests or more, we prepare your dinner in private use banquet.
If your arrival time will be over 19:00, please tell us.
We start to prepare Japanese bed for you after you finish dinner. So please finish your dinner by 21:30.
About breakfast, we prepare in the Japanese-hall 7:30-9:30(last order).
Also instead of ordinary breakfast,we can prepare a picnic basket.
You can enjoy breakfst in your room, our hotel garden and so on.
But please eat it at our hotel area.
When you finish breakfast, please return the basket to the front desk or put it in the guest room.
If you want, please tell us until three days before you check in.

Can your hotel corresponding to food allergy?

Yes, we can prepare as much as possible.To prepare it, please tell us 3-4 days before to the date.

Do you have non-smoking room?

Yes, All of our rooms are non-smoking room.But there are some smoking area in the hotel.
No, we can not accept staying with pets.

No, we are afraid we can not accept to use guest have tatoo even if it is for fashion or religious reasons.

In ordinary, it bloom around in early May.And peak season is around 10May.

Yes, we have free WiFi and you can access anywhere in our hotel.
